It started simply. At OffChance, we needed a workspace that matched the standard we hold for everything else. So we built one. Natural light in every room. Brass hardware. Solid doors that actually close. Materials you can feel the weight of. A meeting room you’d be proud to walk a client into, not one you’d apologize for.
The Vision
Once the space came together, the idea got bigger. What if we opened the building to a small circle of people operating at the same level, each in a different field? No overlap. Twelve studios filled with businesses that complement rather than compete.
